History
That’s how we started
DPOFLUID was created by two engineers. Their eagerness to progress over time led them to create an industrial equipment optimization company using simulation. The aim is to allow their customers to be more competitive.
After carrying out several chemical engineering projects such as the analysis of distillation towers and the design of chemical plants, we had the great opportunity to enter the field of computational fluid dynamic engineering. Since our first CFD project for an acoustic equipment manufacturer, we have been clear about the potential and possibilities of this type of software, developing a deep passion for this work.
From then on, we focused our professional careers together on the development of new projects of this nature. The experience and knowledge provided by the professionals and entities with which we have collaborated in recent years have enabled us to create this company.
For us, being useful to our clients and being able to offer a quality service is a source of pride and a responsibility that we prioritize every day.

What we do?
The high costs associated with the manufacture and implementation of new prototypes are major limitations when evaluating different possibilities of their designs.
In DPO FLUID we are aware of those limitations, so we offer the possibility of dealing with this task at the lowest possible cost for the client, extremely reducing the investment risk. In the same way, we also reduce the time it takes to carry out the improvement or design project.
The fluid dynamic simulation comprises three stages: computer-aided design, geometry meshing, and simulation. Thanks to our own software, we are able to integrate the whole process and automate it, allowing a thorough and agile analysis of the equipment.

Transfer of real geometry to virtual environment, including parameterization of equipment dimensions.
